Mr. Spicer’s experience and qualifications allow Turtle Island Cultural Resource Management to carry out cultural resource assessment work in Alberta, Saskatchewan and British Columbia. Turtle Island Cultural Resource Management is currently on the list of approved cultural resource management consultants in Alberta and Saskatchewan.
Also, Turtle Island Cultural Resource Management has presently in place a blanket heritage inspection permit for the northeast region of British Columbia (Permit # 2010-0219). This permit allows unlimited cultural resource assessment services for multiple clients in the northeast region of British Columbia.
